THE GAURDIENAGE SERVICES
IS A COMPLETE PACKAGE AS FOLLOWS:
Weekly cleaning of boat exterior and monthly cleaning of interior.
In addition, cleaning after desert rain.
Dinghies are cleaned as necessary.
Cleaning of all canopies prior to owner’s arrival and when necessary. (Notice of owner’s arrival required).
Biminis mounted and de-mounted as requested.
Canopies of the boat de-mounted prior to owner’s arrival and re-mounted on departure. (Notice of owner’s arrival required)
Bilges, engines, oil levels, engine water levels, batteries, electrical and auxiliary and mooring lines checked throughout the year.
Air conditioning checked and running prior to owner’s arrival. (Notice of owner’s arrival required).
Materials used are invoiced separately.
Urgent minor repairs will be carried out as required without owners consent if required. Repairs will be payable by the owner.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
A laundry service is available at extra cost as a collect from boat service, when requested, with a delivery back to the boat after being laundered. Fairline Andalucia cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal laundry. The contents of fridges and freezers are the sole responsibility of owners whilst onboard. Fairline Andalucia cannot be held responsible for any damage to contents during the absence of owners.
Cleaning contracts are invoiced 6 months in advance from agreement date. (Please note materials used are invoiced separately over and above the contract price. Should the contract be cancelled a refund of any residual contract balance will be made)
